Playmaker race projection
Pick a league to see KiqIQ's projection of the playmaker race. Each player's assists-per-90 rate is projected forward over their team's remaining fixtures, scaled by their actual minutes-per-appearance to capture rotation reality. 1,000 simulations produce the probability that each player finishes 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th in the league's assist chart. Re-runs every 6 hours.
How the projection works:for each player, the model multiplies their current assists-per-90 rate by their projected remaining minutes (remaining team fixtures × minutes-per-appearance), then samples Poisson assists per simulation. The output is conditional on the player completing the season at their current usage pace — injury and transfer risk aren't modelled.
