These Terms of Service govern your use of KiqIQ, operated by KiqIQ ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using kiqiq.com, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use KiqIQ. By using this platform, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Nature of the service

KiqIQ provides statistical analysis, probability calculators, and AI-generated insights related to football (soccer) matches. All content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Nothing on KiqIQ constitutes financial advice, betting advice, or a recommendation to place any bet or wager. We are not a licensed betting operator, financial adviser, or tipster service.

4. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of data and models on KiqIQ, but we do not warrant that any information is complete, accurate, or up to date. Statistical models and AI predictions are inherently probabilistic and will sometimes be incorrect.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KiqIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any losses resulting from betting decisions made using our tools or predictions.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

KiqIQ operates a freemium model. The free tier provides limited access to the platform, including 3 lifetime AI queries that can be used at any time. Paid plans (Starting XI and Pro Scout) are billed monthly via Stripe at the prices shown on the pricing page. VAT and applicable sales taxes are added at checkout where required.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid month, after which the account reverts to the free tier. There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in.

Refunds. Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once you have accessed paid features. Each AI query you make incurs real model and data-feed cost on our side, and we cannot recover those costs once a query has been processed. By starting a paid subscription you acknowledge that the subscription begins immediately and that AI query usage begins as soon as you access paid features.

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

Duplicate charges — if you have been charged twice for the same billing period
Billing errors — incorrect amount charged due to a Stripe or platform issue
Statutory rights — where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires a refund

To request a refund under one of the above categories, contact billing@kiqiq.com with your account email and the Stripe charge reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Price changes. Subscription prices are locked in for the duration of your active subscription. We provide at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change takes effect, giving you time to cancel before the new price applies.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, your account is moved to a past-due state. You retain access for a 7-day grace period during which you can update your payment method. If the payment is not resolved within that window, the account reverts to the free tier and any unused AI quota for that billing period is forfeit.

7. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our models or algorithms
Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Misuse the platform in any way that could damage, overburden, or impair it

9. Intellectual property

All content, models, and code on KiqIQ are the intellectual property of KiqIQ and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
