TheStatsAPI data layer + FPL grounding
TheStatsAPI selected as the paid data provider; adapter shipped, env vars set, trial activation in progress. Official FPL API integration (src/lib/fpl.ts) — bootstrap, fixtures, captaincy helpers — feeds the AI fantasy-captain intent with current-gameweek state instead of training-data guesses. AI system prompt now refuses to speculate about live football state when no data context is injected. API-Football kept on Free tier as zero-cost fallback.
Phase 3 backend scaffolding (Task #71)
