Sports Integrity Policy
Last updated: 9 May 2026 · Version 1.0
1. Why this policy exists
KiqIQ provides probabilistic statistical analysis to football fans, fantasy managers, bettors, and analysts. Our tools must not contribute to match-fixing, breach of league or federation integrity rules, or any other form of competitive corruption. This policy sets the boundaries for who may use KiqIQ and how.
2. Restrictions on professional participants
By using KiqIQ, you represent that you are not, in any active capacity:
- a professional or semi-professional player at a club where your league's integrity rules prohibit betting-related advisory tools
- a coach, manager, or member of a coaching staff under the same restriction
- a match official, referee, assistant referee, fourth official, or VAR official
- an agent representing a player or coach
- a club director, executive, owner, or front-office staff member
- a league or federation official, executive, or board member
- any other role classified by your league, federation, club, or governing body as “participant” for integrity purposes
If you fall into any of the above categories, you may not use KiqIQ in any manner that contravenes your integrity obligations. KiqIQ may, in its sole discretion, restrict or terminate accounts that violate this clause.
3. Examples of relevant integrity rules
The following are examples — not an exhaustive list. Each league or federation maintains its own integrity rules; you are responsible for knowing yours.
- The FA (England) — FA Rule E8: prohibits participants from betting on football and from sharing inside information for betting purposes
- FIFA — Code of Ethics, Article 26 (Integrity of matches and competitions); Article 27 (Bribery and corruption)
- UEFA — Disciplinary Regulations (match-fixing prohibitions)
- National federations — RFEF (Spain), DFB (Germany), FIGC (Italy), FFF (France) all maintain similar prohibitions
- Professional players' associations — PFA, FIFPRO maintain integrity guidance for members
If your role is governed by any of the above, our analytical tools may not be used in any way that breaches those rules — including using model output to make betting decisions on competitions you participate in.
4. No insider information
Users may not provide KiqIQ with non-public information they have a duty of confidentiality over, including:
- team-news leaks, internal injury reports, or planned tactical changes prior to public release
- internal training-data, GPS-tracking output, or sports-science measurements not in the public domain
- refereeing assignments or pre-match decisions not yet announced
- competition draws, fixture changes, or sanctioning decisions not yet public
KiqIQ does not seek, request, accept, or use such information. Our predictions are derived from publicly available data sources documented in our methodology page.
5. Anti-bribery and corruption
KiqIQ does not pay for favourable coverage, does not pay for fixed predictions, and does not engage in match-fixing or any related corruption. We comply with the UK Bribery Act 2010 and equivalent international anti-bribery legislation. Any allegation that a KiqIQ employee, contractor, or agent has solicited or accepted bribery should be reported immediately to legal@kiqiq.com.
6. Educational and analytical use is permitted
This policy does not restrict legitimate educational, analytical, or media use of KiqIQ:
- journalists, podcasters, and content creators using KiqIQ data with attribution
- academics studying football analytics
- fans, fantasy managers, and recreational bettors using KiqIQ within their own resources
- club analysts using KiqIQ as one input among many for non-betting analysis (subject to their league's integrity rules)
7. Reporting integrity concerns
If you suspect KiqIQ data is being misused for match-fixing, integrity breach, or insider activity, please contact legal@kiqiq.com. Reports are reviewed within 48 hours. Where appropriate, we cooperate with league integrity teams (FIFA Integrity, UEFA Integrity, FA Integrity, Sportradar Integrity Services) and law-enforcement.
Public integrity reporting channels:
8. Account termination
KiqIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where there is reasonable evidence of integrity-rule violation, regardless of whether a regulator or league has formally found a breach. Termination decisions are documented in our internal compliance log and may be appealed via legal@kiqiq.com.
9. Updates
This policy is reviewed annually or whenever a league or federation materially changes its integrity rules. Versioned at the top of the page.
